Alessandro Arlotti is a member of the investment team at Colle Capital in New York City, where he works directly with the founding partner to source, evaluate, and support early-stage investments. He previously interned at Morgan Stanley in New York, contributing to portfolio analysis, investment strategy, and client advisory for multi-million-dollar accounts.
During his time at Harvard, Alessandro joined BeReal in its early stages, helping lead the company’s rapid expansion across the East Coast during a pivotal growth phase. Working closely with the founders, he drove user acquisition, market expansion, and product feedback as the platform rose to become the most downloaded iPhone app in the world. The experience offered him firsthand exposure to scaling a high-growth startup and thriving in fast-moving environments.
Alessandro graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics, earning recognition as a John Harvard Scholar, and holds a Master of Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. A Division I athlete, he was named an Academic All-American in recognition of his excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
Fluent in four languages—English, Italian, French, and Spanish—Alessandro represented Italy internationally as a youth, competing in the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil and later playing professional soccer.
